Welcome to Omni Industrial! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our 3D printing and designing services. By engaging in our services, you agree to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Omni Industrial provides professional 3D Printing, CAD Designing, File Modifying, and Prototyping services. The final product’s quality, dimensions, and functionality depend on the designs provided and materials selected.

2. User Responsibilities

Design Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the designs you provide do not violate any laws, copyrights, state laws, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit designs that are offensive, illegal, or violate ethical standards.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including billing and shipping details, when placing orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are determined based on material type, complexity, material consumption, and quantity of the order.
Payment: Payments are due in full before or a 50% deposit before the start of production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable once printing or designing has started.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of all designs submitted. By submitting designs, you grant Omni Industrial a non-exclusive license to use them solely to manufacture your order.
Third-Party Rights: You warrant that you have the legal right to use and submit the designs.

5. Marketing and Promotional Use

By using Omni Industrial's services, you grant us permission to reference your company name and logo in our marketing materials, including using data to improve our service, client lists, and promotional content. If you wish to opt out, you must email us at omnindustrialusa@gmail.com either before or during the submission of your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omni Industrialis is not liable for issues arising from inaccuracies or incompleteness in designs provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, like broken parts during shipping, lost packages, etc.

7. Confidentiality

Omni Industrial will not share your design files, order details, or personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Termination of Service

Omni Industrial reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct by the user.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms

Omni Industrial reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services means your acceptance of the revised Terms.
